Post : PROJECT ASSISTANT - 1 Position
The Biology Olympiad Cell requires ‘Project Assistant’ who will work in the following
areas:1. Biology Olympiad: This involves selection and training of students from all over India for participation in the International Biology Olympiad competition.
2. National Initiative on Undergraduate science (NIUS): This programme promotes research in basic sciences among undergraduate students.
Nature of Job : The candidate will be involved in development and standardization of challenging experiments in various disciplines in biology. He/She will also be assisting the cell members in various other activities and organization of the programmes.
Qualifications :1. B.Sc. or M.Sc. (in any stream of biology) with a minimum of 55% of marks.
2. Candidate should have basic knowledge of word and excel.
3. Proficiency in English is desirable.
Duration : The position is purely temporary, for one year in the first instance and extendable by one or two more years. A consolidated honorarium will be paid as follows.
Age : Below 25 years. (Relaxable in deserving cases)
